Test on the new AW...
Things appear to be working well with the new look and feel of my Online Gallery at http://USPictures.com. I have already had positive comments about the appearance, the organization and the ease of using the shopping cart. Happy camper here. :)
Edit, to add: Yes things have been going well and continue to do well. I love "exhibiting" my fine art photography online and it appears to be working well for people buying my art, also. There is no need to drive to a gallery (for either me or my customers). There is no struggle in getting larger pieces back to home or office - because Pixels does all the heavy work. In addition, the 30-day satisfaction guarantee help my customers be confident that they have chosen the right piece to display in their home (or office).

If you are too busy to laugh...
...you are too busy.

What do you do about tourists who keep walking into your field of view as you are framing a shot? There is little more to do than wait it out. If there are only one or two and they are lingering you can ask if they would mind moving (over there) for a couple of minutes while you compete your shot(s).
I often watch for small groups of tourists - and shoot them - under the right circumstances. It may be good for business, which I wrote about here: CLICKY.

I am a firm believer in the adage, "The best camera to have is the one you have with you."
If you have a modern smart phone (I've got an iPhone) you have a very capable camera with you all the time. With good lighting and creative composition (that's your part) you can capture some incredible images.
